You retain ownership of the topics, prompts, and creative direction you provide to the Service. Videos generated by LoopCast using your inputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
By using the Service, you grant LoopCast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. This includes posting content to your connected third-party accounts on your behalf.
Generated videos may incorporate third-party assets (stock footage, music, images) sourced from licensed providers. Your use of such content is subject to the respective providers' license terms. LoopCast uses commercially licensed sources but does not guarantee that all generated content is free from third-party claims.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LoopCast and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOPCAST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet specific quality standards or platform requirements.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoopCast and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
